New Operating Interface

The new operating interface, in a Windows compliant environment, is simple and intuitive. This makes the generation of NC code an easy task and helps to ensure the quality of the code.

The Advanced Turning module is intended to be the best compromise between performance and investment. It offers a complete list of commands for 2D design, tool path generation with 2 or 4 axis and easy management for milling operations with driven tooling.

Technical Features

CAD 2D

Two-dimensional design with commands for lines, arcs, circles, rectangles, slots and concentric holes etc.; management of layers, styles and colours; dimensioning, sectioning etc.; insertion of Windows TrueType fonts; management of work planes including non-orthogonal; spline and polyline management.

TURNING

Commands for facing, roughing, finishing, grooving, threading, parting off etc. (with or without canned cycle options).

MILLING

Driven tooling – C/Y axis – Commands for roughing, finishing, pocketing, drilling, tapping.

UTILITY

Technology archive; solid toolpath simulation.

INPUT/OUTPUT CAD

CAD file importing in the following formats: DXF, DWG, IGS, ANVIL, STEP, CADL, VDA. CAD file exporting in the following formats: DXF, IGS.
