Cabinet Vision Software Helps Educational Furniture Manufacturer to Top Class Performance
AlphaDOOR is a new door program for AlphaCAM. It enables door manufacturers to make full advantage of AlphaCAM, the comprehensive and fully-featured CAD/CAM system for use with Microsoft supported Windows platforms, including Windows XP. AlphaCAM integrates with any production control software and all CNC machines.
AlphaDOOR provides user with a great deal of production flexibility, ensuring that even the shortest runs can be achieved without any loss of efficiency. All that is necessary is to select a door design, either from the extensive style library or from a company's own inventory, and to introduce the required parameters.
Doors and drawer fronts can be produced individually or nested to ensure optimal use of each panel.
AlphaDOOR also has an order-entry facility which provides information for built-in, fully-customisable bar coding and part-labelling functions, as well as for AlphaDOOR's reporting function, enabling the generation of production management reports.
